We’re doing the 'I Dos' in private, but we’re doing the 'Cheers' with you! Think of this as the ultimate after-party. No long ceremonies or formal processions here—just a night dedicated to great food, even better company, and celebrating the fact that we actually did it! Come ready to party; we’ll bring the stories (and the photos) from our getaway.

Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks
Sip, settle in, explore the venue, and catch a first glimpse of wedding photos in Glacier.
5:00 pM
The Welcome & Grand Entrance
We will officially kickoff the party! We’ll share a brief welcome to thank you all for being part of our story.
5:30 PM
Food Trucks and station open
There are no formal dining or courses - grab what you like, when you like. The food will be available throughout the evening so you can refuel whenever you need a break from the action.
6:30 pM
Grab a glass and join us for a few short stories and toasts from family, friends, & wedding party. We’ll keep the ‘official’ business brief so we can get back to the celebration!

We’ll share a few special dances before the music picks up. From here on out, the night belongs to the dance floor.

As the air cools down, we’re heating things up. Our coffee station and late-night menu will open to provide that second wind needed.

There will be a shuttle transporting guests to and from the parking area.
Guests are to park at Holly Springs Elementary School, where they will be picked up and taken to the venue.
Rideshares/Uber pickups and drop-offs are also at the school. Please allot extra time for parking and transportation.

Wear whatever makes you feel like dancing! However, leave the jeans and athleticwear at home. Think Casual Cocktail + Garden Party attire.

Since there’s no ceremony to sit down for, the vibe is much more relaxed. However, we’ll be doing a toasts and first dances at 7:30pm, so try to be here by then so you don't miss the "official" bit!

We aren't doing a formal three-course sit-down dinner. Instead, we’ll have a food truck//buffet and appetizers so you can eat whenever you’re hungry and keep the mingling going.
